Reasonable route adjustments can be discussed during the journey, while significant distance, destination or operating-hour changes may require a revised schedule or quotation. If you want a fully guided multi-day journey, request that separately so the correct service can be confirmed.

Along the Shaws coordinates an approved driver and private vehicle around the agreed daily collection points, destinations, passenger count, luggage and operating schedule across Cape Town, the Cape Peninsula and the Winelands.
Each day is confirmed around the transport requirements supplied in advance. Reasonable route adjustments can be discussed during the journey, but significant destination, distance or operating-hour changes may affect the schedule, driver allocation or quotation. Airport or cruise-terminal collection and final drop-off can form part of the programme when the relevant flight or cruise details are provided and confirmed.
This service is transport only. It does not automatically include a registered tourist guide, guided attraction interpretation, attraction bookings, accommodation, meals, wine tastings or activity fees. If you also require guiding or a fully planned multi-day tour, state that when enquiring so the correct service can be confirmed separately.
For overnight programmes, any driver accommodation or allowance requirement is stated in the quotation before booking. The final daily transport schedule, vehicle arrangement, operating hours, route assumptions and price are confirmed in writing before travel.

Cancellation charges are assessed reasonably case by case, taking into account notice, committed costs, work completed, resale potential and the circumstances of the booking. Any supplier costs already committed may be non-refundable.
